Methods
Not every stone needs to be removed from the path. The aim is to learn to walk gracefully among them.
My integrative practice draws on nine psychological approaches, creating more than 500 potential combinations of perspectives and techniques, including elements of Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This flexibility allows the work to be adapted to each client. No two clients receive an identical approach, as no two inner worlds are the same. The methodology is adapted to the person, rather than requiring the person to fit a predetermined framework.
