“A great therapist asks questions that lead to insight rather than back into memory. Knowledge alone is not enough. One also needs emotional intelligence refined by metacognition.”
— Anastasia Domanska

A non-labelling psychologist helping you find clarity beyond diagnoses.

My path into the world of psychology began during my adolescence, driven by a personal quest for understanding while navigating the intricacies of my first major relationship.

It taught me how easily individuals can be oversimplified through labels, standardised patterns and personality archetypes — frameworks that often obscure rather than reveal the complexity of a person’s inner life. This realisation inspired me to become the kind of psychologist who could offer the thoughtful and individualised support I had once sought for myself.

After completing my formal psychological education, I intentionally wove threads of philosophy, sociology, and ethics into my therapeutic approach.

These disciplines permit me to examine mental health through a comprehensive prism, considering every individual’s distinct social environment, fundamental values, and specific life obstacles. My practice is built upon the pillars of critical thinking, unwavering ethical standards, total confidentiality, and a mindful presence in the current moment.

To remain at the leading edge of my profession, I engage in advanced mental health discussions and global summits at the World Economic Forum in Davos. These international platforms provide a unique opportunity to collaborate with world-renowned experts and apply the latest therapeutic breakthroughs to my practice, where I serve as a non-labelling psychologist helping you find clarity beyond diagnoses.

Beyond my professional life, I am raising three curious children in a vibrant, multilingual household. Such an experience serves as a constant, lived education in human development and the diverse ways in which we all perceive and engage with the world around us.
